MYTHIC WORLDS FANTASY RANGE TESTERS

I had an afternoon off on Tuesday and spent a jolly few hours at Oakbound Studios trying out some of the Mythic World moulds I bought from East Riding Miniatures last year. So far some very nice figures. I have put pictures on the Broadsword Miniatures page of this blog, but here are a few tasters.

Some wood elves

assorted skeletons

a pugnacious boarman

a gnarly goatman

centaurs which fit in well with the Hinchliffe ones.

I hope to get up to Geoff's again soon to try out the dwarf moulds.... some very nice beardies there.

    1. Yes, although the centaurs are more like 25mm.

  2. Inking up nicely. I particularly like the skeletons, I think they'll tie in with the RAFM ones really well.

    1. I don't know the rafm fellows... I'll be mixing mine with Hinchliffe and Citadel.

  3. These look great! Are they 'true 25s' like old RAFM and Ral Partha?

    1. Isy say more like early 28mm, so bigger than Minifigs skellies and more like 1985 slotta skels.

  4. They look great, very crisp casting. The elves in particular are very tempting.

  5. That last Centaur looks a lot like a Tom Meier RP sculpt. I just may have to add some.

    1. Exactly what I thought. Very much like Tom's first cruder attempt at the armoury centaur. They fit in nicely with the old Ral Partha ones size wise as well as the Hinchliffe.
