A Happy New Year to you all. Hopefully 2026 will be moderately less crap than 2025 ( or the preceding 10 years).
I'm just re-posting a bunch of pictures of a Joe Dever battle which had vanished from my blog and the original site they were posted on. Happily a kind Lone Wolf enthusiast in the USA sent me them as they are still visible on that side of the pond.
One day I'll recreate this battle. I've got all the figures now.

ReplyDeleteMe too..... they are not terribly well painted by todays standard, glossy and simply based, but they just do it for me. Likewise the terrain is simple, but the pictures of his figures in combat here and elsewhere, just scream there is a narrative in play and each regiment has it's own battle honours, now sadly lost to time.
